How Can I Get A Quote?
Give us a call or fill our our Request a Quote form, and a representative from Tinkerbell will contact you with any questions we have and give you a quote right over the phone. Never a fee, no contracts, no commitments, just our promise to do the best job we can caring for your home.
Do you need an on site visit before I can book a cleaning?
Nope! We just have a few questions we need answers to before we will quote you a price over the phone, and if you decide to trust us with your business, we can schedule a cleaning right then and there. We love making things as easy as possible for our customers
How long have you been in business?
Although Tinkerbell Cleaning recently went through a rebranding process, the organization has been around Dallas cleaning homes for more than 15 years. In that time we’ve cleaned hundreds of DFW homes and delighted dozens of homeowners around the Metroplex.
How many people will be in my home?
For most single jobs and for most regular service, we use the “solo maid” model, and as long as you’re happy with your technician, you’ll normally see the same person cleaning your house every week. We find this allows our professionals to get to know your preferences and make sure you’re always satisfied.
Some jobs, especially deep cleaning jobs on larger homes or offices do require a team of 2-3 cleaners, but we’ll let you know in advance if that’s the case.
What If I'm not Satisfied?
Our purpose is to delight our customers and to make sure you’re always happy. If you’re ever not satisfied with a cleaning for any reason, please call our office at (214) 468-1958, and we will do whatever we need to to resolve any issues or concerns.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Checks, and Credit Cards through PayPal. We find that most clients find it easiest to set up payment through an online payment service such as Google Pay, Venmo or Zelle.
